SHIPPING
Orders totaling $100.00 or more will recieve free ground
shipping. Orders less than 100.00 will be shipped at regular rates.
We make every effort to ship all orders within 2 business days, if we
cannot ship within 5 buisness days you will be notified. In some
cases we will ship directly from the manufacturer.

RETURNS
Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 30 days of
purchase on items returned UNUSED AND UNWORN, IN NEW CONDITION,
WITH THE ORIGINAL SALES SLIP OR COPY, AND WHERE APPLICABLE, IN
ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL WARRANTY CARDS AND INSTRUCTION
BOOKS INTACT. If jewelry has been worn, altered or sized, the
customer will be responsible for a restocking fee. If a manufactures
waranty card has been filled out the item is NOT RETURNABLE Refunds
are issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
Customer is responsible for retuturn shipping. All shipping
charges are non-refundable. Please put reason for return in
package along with a copy of original invoice. Package properly,
insurance is recomended. A return autorization is not required.

WARRANTIES
All fine jewelry is covered by a 1 year warranty against
defects. This warranty does not cover neglect, abuse or damage.
Other items where applicable are covered by manufacturer's
warranty.

GEMSTONE ENHANCEMENT
Many gemstones, excluding diamonds, have historically and
traditionally been enhanced to improve color, clarity and
stability. It is assumed that gems that are normally treated are
treated.

DIAMONDS
All Diamonds used are natural and have not been laser
drilled or fracture filled. Blue and black diamonds are enhanced.
Diamonds are purchased from conflict free sources.

PHOTOS & ITEMS
Items are enlarged to show detail. Pendant chain styles
may vary from photos, but will be the length stated and the same
quality as the piece ie 10k, 14k etc. Most items are proudly made
in the USA. All items subject to availability.

WEIGHTS & GRADES
All diamond & gemstone weights and grades are approximate.

ERRORS & OMISIONS
Information on this website is compiled with all reasonable
care, but we reserve the right to make corrections. You will never
be charged more than you authorized without your consent.

SALES TAX
We currently collect sales tax for orders shipping to Iowa.

CANCEL ORDERS
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the
order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call
1-888-295-8481 during Wiltgen's hours of operation to request an
order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount
to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We
strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email
because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void
the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

PRODUCT REVISIONS
Wiltgen's is not responsible for changes or variations in
product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of
our customers, Wiltgen's puts forth its best efforts to ensure that
all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there
are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the
information on our website to become outdated without our immediate
knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions,
color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that
may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. Wiltgen's relies
on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have
no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the
manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, Wiltgen's will not be held
responsible for product revision changes.

ORDERS
An order is not binding upon Wiltgen's until it is accepted;
Wiltgen's must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment
for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment
by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Wiltgen's. You agree
to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice. and you agree to pay
interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.35% per month or the highest
rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

PRIVACY POLICY
Wiltgen's is the sole owner of information collected on this site.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties.
We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve
you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status
updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing
address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as
your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password
of your choice for your future access to your account information. To
safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share
this information with anyone.

GIFT CARDS
At this time our gift cards cannot be used as payment for items
purchased on wiltgen.com, they can only be used in our retail store.

PAYMENT
Accepted methods of payment are MasterCard, VISA and Paypal.

PACKAGING
All jewelry items come gift boxed in either the manufacturer's packaging
or Wiltgen's custom packaging. Gift items come in the manufacturer's packaging.
All items are inspected when received.
