Merchandise:

If you have purchased any products, including but not limited to, hats, shirts, or other merchandise that must be pre-ordered by FMPG, any payments for such items are not returnable.

Registration:

As you are aware the planning and running of a conference requires expenditures months before the actual conference, therefore our return policy takes this cost and time into consideration. Returns of Registration Fees are honored according to this reimbursement schedule:

Requests up to 90 days before the conference will be honored at 85% return of payment.

Requests up to 60 days before the conference will be honored at 70% return of payment.

Requests up to 45 days before the conference will be honored at 50% return of payment.

Requests from 45 days before the conference until the conference are not refundable.

Donations:

Donations are not refundable.
