SHIPPING INFORMATION

The delivery timeframe will vary based on the shipping option chosen during the checkout process.

All shipping timeframes are quoted below in business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING - FREE
The default method of shipping at ijacksports.com is USPS Standard Delivery at NO CHARGE.

Standard Delivery - FREE

Standard delivery, via USPS Standard Delivery, is available to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. Orders are filled within two business days of receipt. Backorders are shipped when the out-of-stock product is received. Pre-orders are scheduled to ship to arrive on or about the product street date.

There is no provision for tracking orders shipped via USPS Standard Delivery mail.

On average, Standard Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days for delivery. But may take as many as 15 business days.

Expedited Delivery - $5.95

Includes the following: 2-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail, First Class mail, UPS Ground or comparable service for $5.95. Expedited service will apply only to the first shipment of in stock- items; subsequent backorder or pre-order shipments will be sent via Standard Delivery.

Next Day Air - $25.00

Orders must be placed by 11 A.M. CT to be eligible for Next Day delivery. Next Day orders placed before 11 A.M. CT on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Next Day Delivery will apply only to the first shipment of in-stock items. Subsequent backorder or pre-order shipments will be sent via Standard Delivery.

We're sorry, but Next Day service to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses is not available.

Tracking number for items shipped by UPS Next Day Air are included in the shipping confirmation email that you receive. To track your order you may visit www.ups.com.

International Shipments

We ship via "Destination Post Office," which means that our carrier picks up from our warehouse and distributes packages throughout the world to the Post Office in your country for delivery to you. Please be aware that due to shipping restrictions or lack of delivery services to certain countries, United Parcel Service Worldwide Express, www.ups.com, may be used and applicable fees or charges may apply.

Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Customs polices vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

A street address is required for all international shipments. Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

Canadian Exception: We ship orders to Canada via USPS for our standard charge of $5.95. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. U.S. funds only.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or misshipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.

How-To

When making a return, place the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. Don't forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return and if you'd like an exchange or replacement.

If you are returning your item for a replacement or an exchange, your credit card statement will indicate a credit followed by a charge for the new transaction.

If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened merchandise, the refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.
