SHIPPING TO THE US AND CANADA

U.S. & Canada:
*note: HerbiePac®.com does not not collect duty and taxes to Canada. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid directly to UPS at the time of delivery. This service includes all brokerage fees.

Does HerbiePac®.com charge sales tax?
HerbiePac®.com does not charge sales tax for items being shipped in the U.S. (except South Carolina.) For Canada orders, customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties. To estimate these costs, please contact your local customs office.

How long will it take to get my order?
HerbiePac®.com normally picks, packs, and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays and receipt of order before 11 AM EST.

How to Tell if Your Browser is Secure
To check that your browser is in secure mode, check that a "lock" or a "key" icon is displayed in the lower left-hand or right-hand corner of your browser window. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top your browser. This line will typicall show the first characters as "https" when a secure connection has been established rather than "http" which indicates a connection that is not secured.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase - for any reason - return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.

Our Refund Policy
To recieve your complete refund, excluding shipping charges, return the item to HerbiePac®.com postmakred within your 30 day-from-purchase-period. We will notify you via email when we process your return and issue you a refund.

Crediting Your Returns
HerbiePac®.com always refunds the credit card used to make the purchase. Once we recieve your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, we will refund the credit card that the purchaser used.
