How do I make purchases on HerbiePac®.com?

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on where the shipment is going. We ship most order within 2 business days. A typical order shipped by UPS Ground to an address in the Continental U.S. will take from 4 to 8 business days to reach its destination. HerbiePac®.com does not guaranatee same day shipping.

What is your return policy>
Because we offer only the highest qualtity items, we are confident that you will be very satisfied with the items you purchase from HerbiePac®.com . However, we do understand that sometimes you may want to or need to return something that you've brought. Our aim is to make returns as simple and hassle-free as possible.
