In the course of shipping your order, I will share your name and shipping address with an intermediary such as Federal Express or UPS.

Returns Policy
Non commissioned currently available jewelry that is not created as a special or custom order may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Contact Us before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to our fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.

Custom order or commissioned jewelry. Pieces that are created as a special order and/or custom design, a custom order, or jewelry that requires modification such as ring sizing or exchanging stones and is ordered on a commission basis is not returnable. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, stones and metals. Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in overall size and stone shape.

Any standard item that is customized (ring sizing, adding stones, changing stones, etc.) is not returnable for refund.

For your security, please return item(s) with an insured courier (USPS Insured, Fed Ex, UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. Thomas-Jewelers is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

DELIVERY:

You can expect that your jewelry piece will be shipped within one (1) to six (6) DAYS of payment confirmation depending on material availability and design considerations. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified within one business day by email. Options for ordering a similar item will be included in this email notice and an alternative time frame will be suggested. **Custom orders will take longer**

All jewelry is shipped UPS, insured, and requires customer signature on delivery. (I have found this to be the safest and most secure form of transit for jewelry and gemstones.) If you are not available to accept delivery the UPS will leave a notice allowing you to have the package redelivered or to pick it up.

If purchase is made with a credit card, shipment will be made only to the billing address on the card, I do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason, please call or email for alternative solutions.

If you are ordering from a country other than the United States, the shipping and insurance will be calculated and based on applicable costs to ship to your country and a confirming email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment. Any applicable import fees are the customer's sole responsibility.

I guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of my jewelry and that all characterizations and descriptions are accurate. If you decide you do not want the jewelry after purchase, you may return it within one week (7 days from date received) as long as the item has not been worn and is returned in original condition. Only items in their original and unused condition may be returned. The price, minus shipping charges and credit card fees (if any), will be refunded gladly.
