What constitutes shipping charges? We ask a base $15.00 rate for shipping. If item(s)are less than $15.00, your money will be credited to your credit card. If item(s) are above the $15.00, you will be charged the additional money required on your credit card. All items (except for major runs) are shipped under standard UPS or Fed Ex rates. We are not responsible for shipper's tariffs.
